Login RMA Schedule System
1.Please type in 'http://eis0.clevo.com.tw/rma_schedule' and press Enter
2.Please choose your assigned service center
3.Please key in your Customer Account number
4.Please key in your password
5.Click【Enter】to go to the Main List

Apply a New RMA Request NO
1.Please click on【Apply For a New RMA request No.】
2.For first time users, please download the "standard request form" first
3.To save a file, please click on the【DOWNLOAD FORM】icon and choose "SAVE AS"
4.Please fill-in all three compulsory information fields; Contact, E-mail and Telephone #
5.To upload a file, please click on the【Browse】button and choose the file you want to upload
6.Click on the【Open】button to complete the file choice
7.If all of information is correct, please click on the【Commit】button, and the System will start to upload the file
8.If you choose【RMA】, the System will create an RMA No. for you
9.If you choose【DOA】, you will receive an E-mail with a DOA No. within one working day after checking procedures are completed

Cancel RMA Request NO
1.Please click on【Cancel RMA request No.】
2.Please enter the RMA No. you want to delete in the【Input RMA Request No.】column and click on【Query】
3.If correct, please click on the【Delete】button
4.If you want to delete it, please click on【Yes】; if not, please click on 【No】

RMA Request Schedule List
1. Please click on【RMA Request Schedule List】
2.You can choose one of the three options【RMA OPEN, CLOSE and ALL】in the【STATUS】drop box. The default is in RMA "OPEN"
3.To search on a specific RMA status; key in the RMA No. in the【RMA No】column, and click on【Query】
